Please note that we do require a monthly income in the amount of 3x the rent per apartment. Please be aware that a Verification of Income process will need to be completed in order for your application to be approved. Upon submission of your application, you will be sent a separate email to complete the income verification process. For any questions, please call or text our office. You can also choose to use our Live Chat option at any point in the application.

By moving forward with the application process, you acknowledge that you have read the above information and that you understand that all application fees are non- refundable. Applications will not be processed until the application fee is paid with certified funds. Upon approval you must pay the Hold Fee and/or Deposit Waiver Fee (RAP) to secure the apartment. Our company has a first come first serve policy, no apartment will be held without payment of these fees in the form of certified funds. Please note that these fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if you choose to not move into the apartment.
After completion of your application, you will automatically receive an email from our partners, PetScreening. We are a pet friendly community, and we require all residents to fill out a PetScreening profile or sign our No Pet Waiver. Please note for pet owners, there is a separate one-time $20.00 PetScreening fee that is paid directly to Pet Screening.
